TACO TUESDAY is the day here for the 95 cent tacos. 1 other is Tues, 2 others are Wed. This location's red sauce is HOTTER and thicker! I like it! PRO-TIP::::: Also order the smallest consommé to go along with that! I spoon some on the tacos after the red sauce. JUICY! HH beer prices are reasonable, dunno if XX Ambar is here, I think it is, but it's only $3.50 for 12oz. beers and 7oz. beers only $2. That red sauce is GREAT! Never a line to order. A hidden TT gem! I don't do other dishes here. If there's a dish I want I go to a place that does it the best, so this is good for tacos as well as the Northern and 12th St. on Wed. I'm thinking that other dishes besides street tacos here are a toss-up. And I'm hoping not like TOSSING UP.
We went here 11:30am Friday. I got Asada super nachos. She got Asada taco meal. For the price, food was lit. Solid meat. Food fresh. Friendly service. Clean, happy environment.
